Abstract
Holarrina anti-dysenterica (syn. H.pubenscens) belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is commonly known as kurchi in Hindi. It is a small tree found in dry forests all over the world, including India. H. Antidysenterica is frequently used in traditional medicine in India to treat stomach, intestinal, diarrhea and intestinal infections.
