Abstract
AbstractForensic entomology has progressed significantly in the last 30 years. Research into different sub‐areas of this discipline has greatly progressed the science and further increased the accuracy and precision of entomological evidence in the court room. This literature review examines the forensic entomology research that has been performed in the Pacific Southwest of the United States, specifically, California and Nevada. This review critically examines the literature and further sets out recommendations for forensic entomology to grow in both accuracy, precision and efficiently in the Pacific Southwest region.This article is categorized under: Forensic Biology > Forensic Entomology
