Abstract

ABSTRACT.Within the past 10 yrs, evoked potentials (EP) have played a prominent role in the armentarium of the clinical neurophysiologist (6) and the auditory system has received its proper share of attention (83). The present paper will review the different kinds of responses from the auditory system with special emphasis on the brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP).
