Abstract

The first part of this review was contained in the previous issue of this journal and contained a review of some of the developments that were relevant to banking and finance law. This is the second part of the review. It begins by looking at some further developments that are relevant to banking and finance law. It then moves on to examine some developments in the fields of insolvency law, conflict of laws and arbitration.
