Abstract

This review examines the significance of cultural adaptability within the online learning environments of adult higher education in Europe over the past decade. It explores how cultural diversity impacts the online learning experiences of adult learners and identifies strategies and practices that foster cultural adaptability in this setting. The findings reveal that cultural adaptability is crucial for enhancing effectiveness and engagement in online adult higher education.
