Abstract

Results of operations of a large, diversified dispatchable load management program are reviewed. Preliminary results from Summer 1983 indicate consistent levels of aggregate load relief in the range 130-180 MW can be obtained from a dispatchable load management program of the size described. Issues for further study and refinement of dispatchable load management are briefly outlined.
