Abstract

Currently, there are limited studies conducted in industry about factors affecting residential price within Malaysia. Questions arise regarding issue in development with are (i) what are the attributes factors that affect green residential price in Malaysia? and (ii) how the relationship between this factors and property price. The purpose of this paper is to present the factors that affect property price. This papers use method of comprehensive search and review of extant literature across internal factors and external factors that affect the developed of residential property price was undertaken. It is also to understand the factors involved and its relevance to property market. The review permitted developing a comprehensive set of characteristics that are associated with the residential property. The findings contribute a conceptual framework of factors affected residential property price organized according to the following dimensions is presented and discussed. This paper advances theoretical knowledge in the residential property market domain by offering a conceptual framework of factors that affect growth of residential property.
