Abstract

Objective: The possibility of ultrasonic neural blockade has been verified from previous reports. To perform a localized reversible block transdermally, a combined method of ultrasound and anesthetics has potential in clinical use. We attempted caudal plexus blockade (CPB) in mice by ultrasonication with lidocaine to evaluate the recovery condition of the reversible complete block (RCB).
