Abstract
目的 探讨硬膜下腔－帽状腱膜下无管分流对婴幼儿硬膜下积液的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2012年3月至2017年10月北京大学第一医院小儿外科采用硬膜下腔－帽状腱膜下无管分流术治疗的2岁以下硬膜下积液患儿20例的预后。 结果 20例患儿经手术治疗后19例治愈，1例好转。治愈率95.0%，有效率100.0%。 结论 硬膜下腔－帽状腱膜下无管分流术对婴幼儿硬膜下积液疗效好，且因为一次性手术，避免了长期异物植入和二次手术，操作简单，治疗费用低廉，值得临床应用。
