A Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Path of the Internet Economy of the Metallurgical Industry in Inner Mongolia

Abstract

In the 21st century, the new generation of information technology, represented by cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things and mobile Internet, etc. has been widely applied in various industries and fields of the economy and the society. In promoting the economic restructuring and the industry transformation and upgrading in various fields, the Internet has been playing a vital role. In the fields of industrial development, the Internet has infiltrated into multiple key industries and enterprises, including the coal industry, power industry, metallurgical industry, chemical industry, product processing industry and the equipment manufacturing industry, etc. and the driving power of the Internet in the abovementioned fields is deepening. To find out the influence of the Internet on the metallurgy industry in Inner Mongolia and the future of the metallurgy industry brought by the Internet, this paper focuses on the transformation and upgrading path of the Internet economy of the metallurgy industry in Inner Mongolia, aiming to point out the grand development prospect and the expected achievement of the metallurgy industry in Inner Mongolia.
