Abstract
Outcomes Based Education (OBE) is an educational practice in which its teaching process is designed to promote students' competences. Based on OBE principles, the purpose of this research is seek to improve learning efficiency of students who attend college general computer programme. Attempts were made to define the orientation and objectives of the programme through the mixed learning methods. Research methods were compared to redesign the teaching process in this study by means of collecting data from online platforms. All data of dynamic learning online was analyzed to prove the effectiveness after the traditional teaching methods were modified based on the study of this research.
