Abstract
In order to develop the fuel consumption of hybrid electric vehicles, this paper focuses on the method that calibration of electronic control systems for hybrid electric vehicles based on optimizing the low-load MAP in the ECU. Through analyzing and changing the engine control strategy, this paper finds out this method to search the best fuel-efficient area. On the other hand, to solve the problem of changing the state of diesel engine when the vehicles work on the low-load state is another purpose of this method. And this paper takes more attention on the performance of the hybrid electric vehicles through improving the engine control strategy and calibrating the MAP of this part. Using this system in hybrid experimental bench for hybrid system, several experiments were carried out: integrated control of the economy area, the engine quickly start/stop control, BSG Motor and engine torque control technology research. The results show that after parameter optimization the common rail diesel engine exhibits the features of quick response, good smoothness and small speed overshoot. And in vehicles test, power supply in a field, normal traffic, limp home control were tested
