A lot of Tamil literature has sung exclusively about Murugan's Arupadai veedu. Thiru seeralaivaai is one of the holy place of Lord Murugan. The 5 th poem of the Paripaadal, explaining the Sevvel Murugan’s courage and Origin of Thiruseeralaivaai.
