Abstract
With the advent of the knowledge economy, knowledge has become one of the most important fundamental resource for innovation. Based on analyzing the bottleneck of enterprise original innovation and combined with related contents of knowledge management, the paper researches how knowledge management promotes enterprise original innovation, from the aspects of knowledge standardization, knowledge effectiveness, knowledge capitalization, knowledge entitlement and cultural knowledge.
