Abstract

With the continuous development of the technology of Web service composition, the degree of complexity and scale of system is increasing gradually, and requirement engineering is introduced in the research domain of service composition. Based on service composition Modeling Language CCML (Cooperative Composition Modeling Language), and using requirement modeling language I* framework, by an example of a network shopping system, this paper has carried on a thorough research on requirement-driven Web service composition. Firstly, we build models for user's functional requirements and non-functional requirements using I* framework. Then we convert the requirement models to abstract Web service composition model. Next, we map the abstract Web service composition model to specific Web service composition model described by CCML language. Using CCML parser, we can parse and execute the specific Web service composition model. Through the above processes, the requirement-driven Web service composition is realized.
