Abstract
This brief article is a response to and critique of Oliver Harrison's account of revolutionary subjectivity in the work of Badiou and Laclau. I conted that Harrison's article points to important links between Marx's thought and the thought of these so called post-marxist theorist. However, I argue that the injunction we are left with is to give an adequate account of the transformation of production and reproduction in cintemproary global societies. Harrison does not provide this and I suggest possible areas of future work.
