Abstract
A method of constructing orthogonal arrays is presented by Zhang, Lu and Pang in 1999. In this paper, the method is developed by introducing a replacement scheme on the construction of orthogonal arrays, and some new mixed-level orthogonal arrays of run size 36 are constructed.
