Abstract

Thinking about quality in educational processes directly implies teacher training, initial and continuing. In the present work, we propose a look under a clipping of theses and dissertations on teacher knowledge and continuing education with the objective of identifying and systematizing the contributions presented by the authors, methodological paths, evidenced theoretical frameworks, scenarios and subjects involved, their problematizations, as well as promoting institutions and programs. Therefore, under a qualitative approach, we performed a State of Knowledge, involving 12 productions. In the end, we made considerations about their contributions to the field of teacher training research.
