Abstract

A reconfigurable microwave photonic filter (MPF) with large bandwidth is proposed. Flexible taps provided by an optical frequency comb enable the reconfigurable response of the MPF. Besides, a broadband response with a bandwidth of 7.1 GHz is achieved by a large number of taps and the image interference suppression.
