Ulnar dimelia is a rare developmental anomaly, which is characterized by the duplication of ulna, absence of radius, and polydactyly. We report a case of a 5-year-old male child who was referred to our care with an extension deformity of the right elbow, loss of pronation and supination of the forearm, and flexion deformity with radial deviation of the ipsilateral wrist.
