Abstract
North American blastomycosis is a multisystem disease, primarily affecting the lungs and skin. The skeleton is affected in approximately 50% of cases. Bone symptoms as the primary clinical complaint are exceedingly rare. Two such cases are presented together with a brief discussion of this rare disease.
