Abstract
Konjenital epulis, yenidoganin granuler hucreli tumoru veya Neumann’s tumoru olarak da bilinen, yenidoganin cenesinde gorulen nadir konjenital bir tumordur. 10:1 oraninda kizlarda daha sik gorulur. Lezyon benign karakterdedir. Rekurrens veya metastaz rapor edilmemistir. Olgumuzda konjenital epulis maksillar alveolar cikintinin kesici dis bolgesinde yer almistir. Prenatal takiplerinde problem olmayan ancak dogumda agiz icerisinde kitle sebebiyle basvuran hastada nadir gorulen konjenital epulis tanisi konuldu. Lezyon beslenmeye engel oldugu icin genel anestezi altinda cikarildi. Intraoperatif ve postoperatif takiplerinde problem yasanmadi. Takip eden uc ayda rekurrens gorulmedi
