Abstract

Neurolyme is defined as the neurological involvement secondary to systemic infection by the spirochete Borrelia. Acute meningoradiculitis is the most common presentation of neurolyme whereas meningoencephalitis is less frequent. We report a case of borreliosis meningo-encephalitis with corticospinal tract involvement.
