A rare case of tongue base squamous cell carcinoma with bilateral neck dermoid cyst. A case report and literature review.

Abstract

Introduction: An otherwise fit and well 56yr old male presented with a year old bilateral submental and submandibular neck swelling with ulceration on the right lateral border of the tongue. He complained of increasing difficulty with speech and swallowing with the mass rapidly increasing in size since 6 months.
