Abstract

We present a case of a young patient who developed leukocoria as a result of spontaneous anterior dislocation of lens in conjunction with an iridolenticular coloboma. Patient presented to us owing to sudden onset accentuation of leukocoria since she had no perception of light due to a long-standing retinal detachment. The catarctous lens was extracted by manual small incision surgery, preventing further complications from arising and improving cosmetics.
