Abstract

A Rare Case of Right Paravertebral Myoepithelioma with Intradural Extension Causing Cord Compression Myoepithelial tumors occur mainly in the salivary glands, the sweat glands or the breast. There has been no case of paravertebral myoepithelioma with intradural extension reported in the literature. We present a case of a large right paravertebral myoepithelioma with intradural extension causing cord compression that was referred to our institution for palliative cord decompression.
