Abstract

Metaplastic breast cancer (MCB) is a rare tumor with poor prognosis which shows pathologic carcinomatous and sarcomatous features. There are nospecific radiological findings. Radiological findings may vary depending on the components that the lesion contains. We presented a case of metaplastic breast cancer in a 30 year old woman with left cystic lesion who was followed up with intermittant cyst puncture at a different center, and discussed the findings along with the similar cases published in the literature.
