Abstract
Abstract The rare intestinal duplication cyst may be the cause of small intestinal obstruction in an infant. It is an important differential diagnosis for recurrent abdominal pain in the paediatric age group. The clinical diagnosis is often difficult and the diagnosis may sometimes be made only at laparotomy.
