Abstract
本報はモリブデンの硫酸々性溶液に塩化第1錫溶液を添加して得られるモリブデン5価の呈色をフェロモリブデン中のモリブデンの吸光々度法による定量に用いるため,硫酸濃度,塩化第1錫添加量および添加時の全試料液量,共存元素などの吸光度におよぼす影響,ならびに試料分解方法などを検討して,その定量方法を定めたものである.ロ光板S47を用いて作成した検量線は,モリブデン約90mg/100mlまでは直線で,モリブデン酸アンモニウム標準液を用いて行った繰返し実験結果,その誤差は±0.5mg以下であった.呈色は比較的安定で発色後,60分経過しても吸光度は変化しなかった.本法の分析所要時間は約20分で,得られた結果は学振法などと比較してよく一致した.
