Abstract

A control circuit is described which is designed to synchronously drive two commercially available electromagnetic shutters at higher repetition rates than is possible with conventional circuits. When used with two separate light sources, step increments or decrements of intensity or step changes in wavelength as short as 5 msec are possible.
