Abstract

Rural Revitalization Strategy (RRS) is a crucial measure for China’s development. However, owing to the uncertainty of information and the neglect of its credibility, decision-makers (DMs) make inaccurate expression and unreasonable processing of decision information. Therefore, in order to better express decision information, the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic Z-linguistic set (IVIZLS) considering the uncertainty and credibility is proposed. And the corresponding operation rules, score function, accuracy function, and aggregation operators are introduced. Then, a ranking method based on relative score (RMRS) under the interval-valued intuitionistic Z-linguistic (IVIZL) environment for multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem is introduced. Finally, a numerical example of RRS in China is used to validate the rationality and validity of the RMRS.
