To the Editor: In progressive vitiligo the available therapeutic modalities are limited. Systemic corticosteroid in the form of oral mini-pulse (OMP) therapy has been successfully used in several studies.1-3 There is always a need for another immunosuppressant, and with its effect on both T and B lymphocytes, azathioprine can be a potential alternative.4
