Abstract
A system of rotating fermions has been quantized taking into account the constraints implied by the conservations of angular momentum and the existence of the conjugate angle. This solution is here applied to the simple but non trivial case of pairing rotations. Both intrinsic and rotational excitations reproduce the exact eigenvalues.
