Abstract

Objective To explore the sex experience of infertile women and provide feasible basis for clinical nursing measures. Methods Thirteen subjects from April to October 2016 were recruited and investigated by a qualitative research design. The data were analyzed, sorted and induced the theme. Results There were 5 categories: normal sexual needs and sexual repression, sexual behavior changes and reduced satisfaction; inferiority, self blame and guilt; uncertainty in marital relationship; desire for information and emotional support. Conclusions Nurses should focus on female infertility patients attitude to sex, to strengthen health education, to develop personalized nursing intervention measures, corrective psychological deviation, promote the improvement of patients' spouses sexual health education knowledge, providing effective family, social, emotional support, to promote patients to improve the quality of life of both partners.
