Abstract

Objective: Removal of the zona pellucida (ZP) by enzymatic means has been shown to increase the efficiency of blastocyst transfer. Increased implantation and pregnancy rates have been reported by the transfer of ZF blastocysts cultured on monolayers of vero cells. The aim of this study was to compare the outcome of ZI versus ZF blastocyst transfer in a randomized trial.
