Abstract

Steroid injection into the flexor tendon sheath for the treatment of trigger finger is a relatively noninvasive and effective way to manage this common condition. It is generally accepted that 50% of patients with trigger fingers will have resolution of the triggering after 1 injection. 1 Fleisch S.B. Spindler K.P. Lee D.H.
