Abstract

In order to achieve the educational reform process and invest in human cadres as a base for improving educational quality in planning, implementation and evaluation, the present study aimed to identify the reasons that require the development and preparation of a job description card for the occupants of supervisory positions and the requirements to achieve it in Kuwait. Then, to reach a proposal for a mechanism for implementing the job descriptions card with the relevant institutions and authorities. To achieve the object of the study, the analytical approach was used by adopting the method of content analysis based on collecting and analyzing information contained in documents, literatures, researches, dissertations and theses related to the subject. The proposal that has been reached will lead to raising in the quality of job performance and increasing the spirit of competition and distinction among the candidates for supervisory positions through the job description card form in order to avoid duplication and overlap between concepts and roles assigned to them and to preserve their functional rights. The study resulted in a number of suggestions that will help researchers in the field of job description and its role in raising the efficiency of performance in particular to continue the educational reform process and raise the efficiency of the educational system.
