Abstract
A programme for studying interactions of low-energy antineutrinos generated by a special nuclear pulse reactor is proposed. Apart from the experiments in v ̃ e − e scattering, the programme includes the investigation of electormagnetic properties of v ̃ e and the inverse β decay of proton and other nuclei.
