Abstract
Recently, we have proposed a new DP/LP stereochemical notation for P-chiral dinucleoside monophosphate analogues based on a structural relationship between compounds. As an extension of this work, we present here applications of the DP/LP notation for tracking stereochemistry of reaction pathways involving H-phosphonate, phosphoramidite, phosphorotriester, and other intermediates frequently met in the nucleotide chemistry.
