Abstract
In a recent article the relative and absolute chronologies of the sites of Pommiers and Villeneuve-Saint-Germain are challenged. We have since re-studied the dating elements which seemed most significant, that is certain types of fibulae and coinage. This study reveals that a La Tène D2, post Roman conquest date should be maintained for Villeneuve-Saint-Germain. Therefore, Pommiers can only be dated before the Gallic Wars.
