Abstract
The development of tourism sector in Bali Province with a limited area become an essential issue in their potential production and consumption of food crop in the future. This study aims to 1) knowing food crops productions projection in Bali province towards 2021-2025; 2) knowing food crops consumption projection in Bali province towards 2021-2025 and 3) gap analysis projection between production and consumption of food crops towards 2021-2015 in Bali province. Production and consumption calculation based on analysis of exponential growth and consumption per capita. The study result shows that there is a condition of food deficit on projections towards 2021-2025 in Denpasar and Badung District in 2024-2025, implication of land-use change rapidly. Bangli District has a food deficit in 2021 and the following year has a surplus as an implication of the collaboration between farmers and the Department of Agriculture to activated subak and pest management. Karangasem District predicted food deficit in 2025 as an implication of a decrease in land productivity due to volcanic ash as a result of eruption Mount Agung that occurred in 2017 to 2019 as this time.
