Abstract

Rheumatic syndromes can be seen in the course of neoplasia either accompanying, antedating or postdating the diagnosis of cancer. Herein, a 40-year-old female patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (L3) preceded by a presentation mimicking sacroiliitis is reported.
