Abstract

Passing via a generalized nonlinear controller form (resp. “normal form”) involving the system inputs and their time derivatives in a block triangular way, a procedure is derived for the calculation of so-called (partially) linearizing outputs. The underlying conditions are thus sufficient for (partial) linearizability by dynamic state feedback and generalized change of state coordinates.
