Abstract

AbstractThe anxiety in interpersonal communication among college students is a quite common psychological problem in college, and stands relatively high ratio in kinds of psychological problem. To solve college students’ problem in interpersonal communication becomes an important task for psychological instructors. As there are quite a number of college students who suffer from anxiety in interpersonal communication, group guidance is an effective and efficient means to intervene and solve the problem in colleges. In view of anxiety in interpersonal communication, a series of intervening group guidance such as cognitive reconstruction, relaxation training, demonstration exercises, and self-monitoring training can effectively reduce college students’ anxiety in interpersonal communication, and improve their communication skills.KeywordsGroup GuidanceCollege StudentsAnxiety in Interpersonal Communication
