Abstract

Entangled two-photon absorption spectroscopy has been widely recognized as a promising tool for revealing important information about the structure and dynamics of complex molecular systems. In this contribution, we present the basics of the theory behind this technique and describe a novel experimental scheme known as temperature-controlled entangled-photon absorption spectroscopy, which constitutes the first, realistic proposal for the experimental implementation of nonlinear spectroscopy with quantum light.
