Abstract
Migraine is a prevalent neurological disorder affecting approximately 15% of the global population, but its pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated. Migraine pathogenesis is importantly associated with central sensitization, and P2RX3 plays a key role in central sensitization. In this study, we investigated the mechanism of P2RX3 in central sensitization of migraine, with the aim of providing a new theoretical basis for migraine treatment.
