Abstract

AbstractIn many organizations, the finance function is expected to set the overall direction and to provide guidance in developing and using all types of performance measures. This is not an easy task, because it's possible to measure just about everything. This article provides some practical ideas about performance measurements, including measures of financial performance, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and product or service performance. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
