Abstract
AbstractProcedure prefixing involves the extension of an already existing procedure, using a set of rules similar to those for class prefixing in SIMULA. Here, issues involving the implementation of prefixed procedures are considered, and a set of consistent rules are applied to prefixed procedure declarations.
