Abstract
Power system adequacy assessment is of great significance to the planning and construction of power system. The traditional evaluation methods often use to evaluate the power supply adequacy of the system at a single load peak time, or use a separate probabilistic indicators to evaluate. With the increasing penetration rate of new energy, the traditional adequacy indicators and evaluation methods can no longer meet the needs of power system adequacy evaluation under the trend of complex scenarios and diversified events. Accordingly, this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method based on multi-level indicators and AHP-entropy-TOPSIS. An example shows that the proposed method can combine the subjective requirements and the objective characteristics of adequacy events of different scales, and provide more comprehensive adequacy evaluation results.
