Abstract

With the increasing penetration of solar energy, the resonance imposes the adverse effects on power quality(PQ). In the deregulated power market, PQ service can be seen as an auxiliary service, and it can be customized according to the individual needs of users. Taking voltage sag and harmonic as examples, this paper introduces a price determining method of PQ service. Firstly, considering the risk management, this paper establishes a mathematical model to determine the price of tailored PQ service. Then the calculation method of compensation standard is given when the PQ cannot meet the expected performance. In such a way, both power sales companies and users have the motivation to improve PQ level. Finally, the analysis results show that this method can meet the needs of users and realize risk transfer from a viewpoint of the profits of electricity sales companies.
